Former Cash Money Records artist BG is facing up to 40 years in prison, after pleading guilty to gun and witness tampering charges. Prosecutors refused to offer him any type of deal.
BG, who is a convicted felon, was in a stolen car with another convicted felon and a minor when they were stopped by the police. When the car was searched, authorities found 3 loaded hand guns. The witness tampering charges came from BG and the other guy pressuring the minor into taking the gun charges, due to his clean criminal record.
He will be sentenced in March 2012.
